What is Infertility/IVF?

Infertility treatment, particularly In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), is a medical procedure used to help individuals or couples become pregnant when they are unable to do so naturally. It involves the extraction of eggs, retrieving a sperm sample, and then manually combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish. The embryo is then transferred to the uterus. This process can be performed using either the couple's own eggs and sperm or those from donors.
